The app bills me after I unsubscribed?

Hi guys, back in the 16th of December 2021, I subscribed to the free trial plan of the Adobe Acrobat app because I needed it for the day. After I did my job, I unsubscribed from my free trial plan and even got a confirmation e-mail that I did so and that I will not be charged anything. Yet, three months later I am checking my bank account and I see that every single month Adobe is charging me the fee of 17.99 euro which is the monthly subscription plan for the Adobe Acrobat app. When I go to my profile though, it says that I do not have an active subscription plan???? So what do I do now, I do not know how to cancel something that apparently is cancelled but I keep being charged for this thing that I cannot even use right now? Thanks in advance.

Currently, i am facing the same issue. I unsubcribed the plan 3 days prior to the end of free trial. But i saw notifications from my bank that i am being charged for the plan 118 aed. I mean what's the use of me unsubribing the app and the plan?

i even had the app deleted from my laptop. Again today i am getting mail for failed payment . why should i pay for it when i didnt even use the app and i had already unsubscribed to it. I unsubscribed the plan again when i got notification from my bank also. i am so dissappointed to this app and their team whoever is managing it.
