The Arial Narrow font appears blurry when I modify the PDF.

Hallo!

Arial Narrow is already installed and available in Adobe, but when I try to modify my document, I notice that the font appears blurry (as seen in the word "Elektroingenieurin" in Word). I have already checked the font properties, and they are the same.
