Still having a paid licence, the "Convert in Word" command has disappeared in Adobe and I can convert PDF into Word documents only by accessing from an Adobe website page, and not from my Adobe on my desktop... what happened?

Hi @valeria mariat47398361

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

It seems like you are on the new UI of Acrobat. If yes, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-to-word.html?screen=modern and see if that works.

Regards

Amal

Thank you, Amal, but that did not solve my problem. When I look for the "Convert" button, I do not find it and, instead, I find a note telling me that my subscription has expired, which is not true because my subscription will expire next mongh (August) and I have set the automatic renewal (in fact, I have just received an email from Adibe telling me that my subscription is about to be renewed next month), so... I keep not understanding what is happening!!

Hi there

I have check your account details with the email you are using on this community and found an active plan for Adobe Export PDF.

Adobe Acrobat Export PDF is an Adobe Document Cloud service that lets you reuse valuable content stored in PDF files. Instead of retyping the information, use your Export PDF subscription to turn PDF files into editable Microsoft Word, Excel, and RTF (rich text format) documents.

You can access Adobe Acrobat Export PDF using your web browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop software, or your mobile device. https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-exportpdf-faq.html

please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html  , reboot the computer once and install the Acrobat Reader desktop application using the direct link
https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ and see if that works.

Amal
