Question

The digital signature does not appear even if no error appears.

Cuando voy a firmar digitalmente, sale el aviso de que tengo que configurar el ID digital. En este momento, sigo los pasos:

 

Configurar el ID digital>Utilizar un Id digital de un archivo>Continuar

 

Selecciono el archivo y escribo la contraseña y selecciono continuar.

Apare una ventana que dice "Los siguientes ID digitales se añadirán a la lista...". Selecciono continuar. Y no aparecene nada. No aparece la firma ni ninguna ventana de error. 

 

En Edición>Preferencias>Firma>Identidades>ID digitales Aparece mi ID.

 

He probado a deshabilitar la interfaz de usuario moderna. En este caso, cuando intento firmar aparece  una ventana para "Agregar un ID digital".  Selecciono "un archivo" y sigo los pasos requeridos. Cuando pulso "Finalizar" aparece este mensaje: No tiene ningún ID digital adecuado para firmar este documento". 

 

He probado con otros documentos continúa el problema.

If the issue still occurs, would you mind sharing more information?

- Share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.

- Does it happens to the Digital signature that has been created recently?

- Did you make any recent changes that might have caused this issue?

We are investigating this issue. It would be help if you could share your findings.

I have the same problem.

One or two weeks ago (i dont know the exact date) i started with problems signing pdf. 

The official certificates (FNMT in spain or so) does not appear as a choice when I try to sign a document.

Instead appear the same window as described.

 

I use  Acrobat reader continuous release v. 2022.003.20282 64 bits in a Windwos 10 home compilation 19044.2251 and Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0 

Is possible that the digital certificate is new, but I used it and it works with many webs who need certificated id.

I cannot remark any important change that might caused this issue.
