Question

The document will be saved with the following metadata. Double-click on a property to edit it

Hi!

How can I disable the "The document will be saved with the following metadata. Double-click on a property to edit it" window from popping up every time I save a PDF?

Everything works if I press continue but it's an annoying extra step when saving a lot of files.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.  As described you are getting the pop up when saving the PDF that says 'The document will be saved with the following metadata. Double-click on a property to edit it'

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to save the PDF file.  A small video recording of the issue would help us in better understanding.

Also make sure you have the latest version of the application installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Additional information: please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-properties-metadata.html#create_document_properties and see if that works.

We are here for help, just need more info.

Regards

Hi there

Also share a sample PDF file and a small video recording of the steps you are doing so we can check it at our end.
