The drop down options are not visible in Acrobat while works fine in browsers (Edge, Chrome).

I created an editable pdf created using reportlab library in python. Then I concatenated them to create a combined pdf. In individual pdf, the drop down options are visible but in the combined pdf, the options are not visible. I able to switch options using up and down arrow but that is not the requirement.
