The hyperlinks in pop-up info bubbles made in InDesign do not open in Acrobat.

Good afternoon!

I exported a document fom Indesign. The hyperlinks in the main text work perfectly, but the hyperlinks in the info bubbles (created in InDesign as well) do not work at all. However, they all work if I open the document in the browser. Could you advice me what to do?

Hope you are doing well.

The document you are referring to is the only one with hyperlinks that are causing trouble here, is that text hyperlinked correctly?

Open the original document from where you exported the file to PDF.
Right-click on the link that’s not working.
Select Edit Hyperlink.
Check the URL in the address box. Correct it if needed.

Also, check the following settings in Acrobat to see if these preferences are correct or not:

Acrobat> Edit>Preferences>General and make sure that the box next to "Create links from URLs">OK
