The latest update has removed the Adobe pdf icon and the pdf printer icon. I tried and found another update was available but it won't install. What can I do?

    I fixed this issue by running the Repair Installation. This didn't work for me earlier today. Adobe PDF now appears.

    BTW, there is another way to fix this if the Repair doesn't work. Check out this link from Adobe: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/add-pdf-printer-manually.html

    This also worked for me when Repair didn't. Please know even after it's fixed it may disappear again. That's been our experience. Adobe???
