The memory could not be written error

Hi Folks, 

I have a user that is experiancing a memory error when attemting to open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat. "The instruction at 0x0000000071C80670 referenced memory at 0x0000000071C80670. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program."

It seems that when he clicks OK, the pop error disapperars and the program seems to work normally. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have suggestions for a resolution?
