the most basic things are not here!

How??? HOW IS THIS REAL?!?!?this is hands down the worst program made! imagine all this, and you cant just make the text box grey!i REALLY have to spend half the day learning 3 different programs to so the simplest most basic thing imaginable. im soory to go off,... but HOW IS THIS A THING! how can this company not just make the ONE thing they do usable.am i just missing something? WHAT IS HAPPENING???

We have no idea what you're talking about. You didn't even mention the name of the application... Are you referring to Acrobat? If so, what "text box" are you trying to edit, exactly? There are at least three different types of things that can be called that in a PDF file, each one very different. Be more specific (and calm down a bit) if you want to get any help.
