The new Acrobat Pro platform is horrifying

How can we improve the new Acrobat experience they asked me!

Avoid changes like the one you just did. The new platform is not intuitive, not user friendly, does not make logical sense and sends a message that developers either do not use the product on a daily basis like we all do, or are completely out of touch with users of the product. Complete destruction of what used to work so great absolutely infuriates users of Acrobat who love and rely on the product. Change should streamline, improve, upgrade and enhance the experience, not degrade it.

Having solutions for problems that do not exist, creates problems that never existed.
Don't fix what's not broken. Improve the product, but don't take away it's best attribute! Usability and efficiency.
