"The operation is not permitted" error after saving in LiveCycle ES2 and Acrobat Pro X

Attached the damaged .pdf:

DDF-001T2v5.pdf - Google Drive

Here are the step I get slugged with the error

1. Convert a .doc document to .pdf. Everything is fine.

2. Edit the .pdf in LiveCycle ES2 for many times. Everything is fine too.

3. Edit the .pdf in Acrobat Pro X for many time. Started to ask me the user right.

4. "The operation is not permitted" shown on Acrobat Reader and Acrobat DC

The worst problem is that I try to split the pages one by one to find out the problem

1. Delete all the text fields by LiveCycle. "The operation is not permitted" is still here.

2. Try to Delete one of the page in LiveCycle. Failed with Fixed Layout. Prompt me to Acrobat.

3. Try to Delete one of the page in Acrobat. The delete button is greyed out.

So I attached the form. Hope someone could help

Correct answer Test Screen Name

Acrobat cannot be used to edit XFA forms, so deleting pages is blocked. Only use Acrobat to FILL XFA forms  Any other editing could destroy the form.

I have created a 367 page budget using adobe acrobat dc Pro

and for some reason it prints fine but when it is saved and reopened to print either the text is missing or fields are distorted. Text is being duplicated or words are being deleted. This caused a major issue as the information was due Friday. This made me look really bad as I thought I had a document ready for presentation and got embarrassed and yelled at by my boss.

Why did you open it using LCD if it's an Acrobat form?
