The plan said it should shut down but I got a bill and subscription anyway

Question

I’m from Sweden I just tested acrobat for free in the end of February. Then I wanted to stop the “plan” but it didn’t worked and there was a message that said if I don’t do anything the plan will be shut down. I have a photo of that. But I got an bill of 263,75 sek. Now I tested to end the plan ant it said I have to pay 1318,75 sek.
