The program can't start because icuuc30.dll is missing from your computer

Fresh install of Acrobat pro 9 professional -  error when opening the app -   "The program can't start because icuuc30.dll is missing from your computer"  The dll is no where on the PC.  I installed it on another PC with no error.  The dll is not on the pc either.  Uninstalled and reinstalled app

you probably have an incompatible os.

if win, you could try uninstalling, cleaning (per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs ) and reinstalling use compatibility mode.
