Question

The Radio Buttons & Check Boxes that work on my end do not show up for the people I send the PDF to.

I make radio buttons and check boxes on a PDF document. Everything is tagged, and it reads correctly when I run it through the screen reader. However, when others in my company open this PDF, the radio buttons and check boxes ARE NOT recognized, and either don't show up on the PDF, or cannot be read by the screen reader. We have all checked our settings and our settings are identical. We are all running the same version of Acrobat.
What is happening?
I don't know how to fix this on my end because, as I said, everything is tagged and reads correctly on my computer. I cannot imagine how having someone else tag it on their end will make it universally function (if it reads for that second person, why would it suddenly be fixed?), and I don't want this problem affecting other projects.
Please help!

Hi @RadioButtonsRuinedMyDay2

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF form or with all the PDF forms? Please try with a different form and check.

Please share the PDF file in question with us so that we can check it on our end.

If the other user are opening the PDF form on a web browser please ask them to download the file to their computer locally and then open it with Acrobat/Reader DC and check.

Also, make sure the application is updated to the latest version 23.03.20244. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
