"The selected certificate path has errors: Not time valid"

I have a user that is having issues with their Identrust digital signature in adobe. They are getting the error provided below. Any suggestions to what it could be? They are unable to use it on any pdf.

You show the valid-not-after (Acrobat's "valid to" strictly speaking is incorrect) of the signer certificate to be.

But the error is referring to the certificate path. Thus, you have to look at the validity spans of all certificates in the path.

Could you show them, too?

Well, your screen shot shows the summaryof the certificate selected on the left side. Simply select the other certificates on the left side and inspect their respective summary.
