The selected scanner was not found

Good morning,

I suffer these 3 different options/errors:

OPTION 1:

When I try to create PDF from scanner
Create PDF
Custom Scan
WIA-EPSON2A5E35 (ET-3850)
> I receve this error: "The selected scanner was not found"

OPTION 2:
When I try to create PDF from scanner
Create PDF
Custom Scan
EPSON ET - 3850 Series
> I receve this error: "Acrobat could not communicate with this device"

OPTION 3:
When I try to create PDF from scanner
Create PDF
Configure Presets
> I receve this error: "The scanner last used by Acrobat does not support preset scanning. Please select another scanner"
> I then select the WIA scanner and I receive a new error message: "The scanner does not support presets"

I called Epson, we installed Epson Scan 2, and I waqs able to scan perfectly. The Epson technician suggested that the problem lies with Adobe Acrobat X Pro.
