I have a genuine adobe acrobat XI pro license, I want to re-install the software but it shows error message as above (the serial number you entered has been revoked. This product cannot be license.."

I chat with the adobe agent but she said the product is no longer supported. so she advised me to post in the adobe forum/community


please help me. thanks

We can't help. And even if the S/N worked you won't be able to activate it, as Adobe retired the activation servers for older versions of Acrobat a while ago. I'm afraid there's no real solution to your issue.
