I've printed an email to PDF. I then password protected that PDF. I now wish to download that, put it somewhere safe, and then delete the copy you have. I am poorly prevented from doing this I would like someone to explain why that is, and how I can go about making it happen anyway. If someone could please do that, that would be awesome. I payed these monsters the same amount of money that someone on a computer pays to have access to both the mobile and computer version. I still got shafted with only the mobile version, and shafted with not being able to directly ask help or support, but I'm only allowed to talk to the community so I really hope someone out there can help me because... Every time I try and go to actually talk to support, I get access denied.

If you can view a PDF file it means you already downloaded it. What exactly do you mean by "preventing me from downloading the file"? Who's preventing you, and how?

Likely Android file structure permissions. I'm assuming you're a PC user, yes? So for you, with a PC user's access to your file structure, you can easily go to the place where it's downloaded for me to be able to view it, and save it. Somewhere else, move it, whatever. On an Android phone, sandboxing of applications. Prevents user-facing access to such things as the kind of file structure automatically created by an application like this to house something like that for you to view. And so for a PC user, yes, if you can view it, it's already downloaded. For an Android user, if you can view it, it's already downloaded into a place you're not allowed to look, and can never access or move files in or out of. Which is likely why there's no button for this

This is not a PDF-specific issue, then, but an issue of the device (and/or OS) you're using.

By the way, there are plenty of file manager apps for Android that will give you pretty full access to all the files on the device, even without rooting it.
