There was an error opening this document....

All of sudden when I try to open a PDF someone sent me either via email or through a secure server like Outlook Office 365 I am getting this dialog box.  I can save the PDF on my computer but when I try to open in Firefox and click on Open With Adobe this is what I get:

 

There was an error opening this document.  The requested file operation failed because the storage policy blocks that type of file.  For more information, contact your system administrator. 

 

It used to work fine and then whammo!  Please help!!  I just got this computer two weeks ago.  Windows 10 and I'm the only person on the computer.  There's no network.

    So I'm guessing you think it's HP Sure Click that is doing it all of a sudden?  It was fine before.  I like HP Sure Click but maybe I should uninstall it?

    Or contact the vendor of that application and see if there are adjustments to it's behavior that you can make so that it works more harmoniously with Acrobat and PDF files.
