There was an error opening this document(57)

I have a password protected file that I need to open in pro to be able to sign.

I can open the file in reader, but when I try to open in pro it gives me this message.

There was an error opening this document(57)

I have checked for updates and I have tried "Repair Installation" but still unable to open.

Not an issue with the file as it opens in reader and opens on another computer.
