I am on x1 now and it has a feature to where I can extract a certain range of pages in a doc such as 60 - 75.  I was told I cannot do this in the newer version.  Can I get a verification please?

Whoever told you that the current versions of Acrobat can no longer extract ranges of pages simply doesn't know what they are talking about.

On behalf of Adobe, let me assure you that you certain can extract ranges of pages in our latest versions.

Also, don't upgrade, it's a horrible update.

I am so frustrated I had to voice my opinion. I am not a high-tech end user. I am just an average user, perhaps below average user, who needs Acrobat to edit PDFs on occasion for my real estate business. Recently Acrobat changed the program including the tool bar. I tried. I really tried, but I am here to tell you that I absolutely hate the changes Adobe has made to Acrobat. I find editing a PDF to be almost impossible and the new toolbar is horrendous. Have they ever heard the expression, "If it ain't broke..."  Well, now it is broke!!
