Hi all,

 

We have an issue with a number of PDFs giving the below message in both Acrobat Standard and Acrobat Reader on different PCs at different locations, all with unrestricted internet access so assume an issue with the file itself. It tries to go to a URL for livecycle advising it needs to send details there and accept that then get the below:

    Is the full address an Adobe one, or one that belongs to the company/institution you got the file from?
    If the latter, report this issue to them.

      Thanks, yes the address is for the company it comes from. I'll try contacting them about it.
