Thank you for reaching out with your question. 

To view all the individual files/pages inside it, the recipients need to:

1. Open the PDF using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader (not just a browser or a basic PDF viewer).

2. Once opened in Acrobat, look for the file list panel (usually on the left or top, depending on the version).

3. They can click on each file to view it, just like opening attachments in a folder.
