Question

Three problems in the acrobat interface

Greetings,

1. It is no longer possible to permanently view the size of the PDFs at the bottom left.

2. Rulers now overlay the open pdf instead of automatically reducing the size of the pdf.

3. The window that appears when saving a new PDF no longer remains in the foreground.

Thank you,
Sergio Poletti

Hi @sergiop10739595

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.06.20360 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi,

the new way to display the PDF size at the bottom left seems like a deliberate choice.

The overlapping of the rulers on the displayed PDF page and the save window for a new document not in the foreground with the 'Save' button highlighted remain very annoying.
