I have been able to randomly get the page thumbnail with page number to appear int the screen area independently of the thumbnails on the nave bar.  How do Get this done reliably, with what commands?

Hi @Chris30021007gwf4

Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing the screenshot.

It appears with when scrolling the page in Single page view. You can disable this floating page thumbnail from here-

Open Acrobat/Reader>View>Page Display> Change from Single Page View to Enable Scrolling > Close and reopen the application.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Thanks for the tip.

The floating page thumbnails are useful.  How do I make them appear on the page?  I tried reversing your directions and the floating thumbnail did not appear.  Thank you.

At a single page view, a floating thumbnail (as shared in your screenshot) appears when you move the page up and down using the navigation bar.

After making the changes, try closing and reopening the app.
