Thumbnail Pane - Is it possible to set the default width and/or # of columns of thumbnails?

Now that I've upgraded my acrobat to include the "pin thumbnail pane", I *almost* have documents opening the way I'd like them to.

One thing I would like to know how to do or if it's possible is setting a default width to the thumbnail pane.

Every time I open a document, it defaults to a single column of thumbnails and I have to manually stretch the pane until it shows 2/3 columns.

99% of the documents I work with I would rather see more thumbnails by default.

Is it possible?

Thanks for any help someone can provide!
