Thumbnails not displaying when in small icon

Updated IOS to Tahoe 26.1, show icon preview selected in view options - but pdf thumbnail icons only show in Finder when view options set to large icons. I don't want this. I want small icons, but would like to see the PDF thumbnails. I have tried removing adobe and reinstalling, trialling a different user, setting preview as th default (not adobe), rmoved thumbnail cache, etc etc. Nothing seems to work. Please assist.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

We have checked this on our end, and the preview feature of Finder isn't something Adobe has control over.

This is handled solely by Apple.

That being said, we are still getting this investigated on our end and will keep the thread updated on the status.

Thank you Souvik for your reply. Makes sense - but I appreciate you looking into it. I have contacted Apple and they have no solution. Hmm.
