Tick Boxes - Printing

Question

Hi there,We are having issues with our tick boxes. When it comes to printing a sign and filled document all of the tick boxes are filled. I am not super tech savvy so hoping that someone can please give me easy directions on how to amend this please. This seems to have happened after an Adobe update.

Sorry for the delayed response. I hope you already have found an answer to your question.

It is difficult to provide suggestions and identify problems when they are file—or user-specific. There is a possibility that a default value is set on these fields: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-form-field-properties.html; you may check this Help page to figure out how to find the Form field properties provided if you have Adobe Acrobat.
If you can share the file with us, we will investigate and may be able to provide some suggestions. However, if the file weren't created initially with Acrobat or Adobe products, it would be hard to pinpoint the problem.
