Time Sheet Round Up

I have time sheet that I’ve finally figure out how to auto calculate. But the return value comes back as 1.30 (I need it to come in as 1.50) any idea of the correct script “begintimerow1-endtimerow1” gives me 1.30 but I need it to show as 1.50
