Title Added in Acrobat Pro Doesn't Show in Win 10 File Explorer

The pdf files in question are all scans. They have no security. I added a Title to each one. They show in Acrobat, but not in File Explorer. My emails and MS files (Word, Excel) show Titles. Adobe Chat representative says this is not possible in Adobe. Is this correct?

He said the only way is to rename the file and make the Title the same as the filename. I don't want to rename the file. Is there a solution?

Thank you for your attention.
Joyce

By title do you mean saving a file with a file name, or are you referring, to actually going to document properties and manually typing a title for this PDF?

Manually typing a title in Document Properties. I was reminded that I had posted about this last year when I was on Windows 7. The general consensus was that Microsoft would have to take action to fix this. Nothing has changed in Win 10, so I assume no one took it up with Microsoft. If you have a workaround, Iwould be interested.

The problem has not yet been solved. If anyone is pursuing this with Microsoft, please contact me. I will join you. Thanks.
