Tool bar

Hi,

need a little advice. I use some plug-ins in Acrobat DC under Windows 10 and I brought the Icons in the Toolbar on the right side. But from time to time (I supose when Acrobat updates) those Icons disappear from the Toolbar. Is there a way to save/personalize the Toolbar so that this does habpen anymore?
