tool bar and side panel, adobe pro

how do I move the dam side panel and tool bar to the top. It was there before now its just in the way. why change stuff that works!

If you still feel the New UI is hindering your daily work routine, you can disable it by:

(Windows) Go to Menu-> Disable New Acrobat

(Mac) Go to View-> Disable New Acrobat.

Is anyone going to answer this? It is annoying enough I don't want ot open adobe anymore
