toolbar font in Acrobat has changed to a fuzzy font and zoom details are missing

The toolbar in Adobe Acrobat has changed in 2 ways:

1) the symbols are now fuzzy and more difficult to read

2) the zoom level has colapsed to a loope symbol from previous - + %.

Adobe Reeader still has the clear font for the symbols and also the zoom details.

Screen shots of Acrobat and Reader are attached.

My concern is to be able to reinstate the toolbar in Acrobat as it is still available in Reader.
