Tools disappear on Adobe Acrobat when I click, Edit a PDF, frustrating, Ai no help. Lee

When you refer to tools disappearing, are you trying to edit a document that was shared with you? If yes, the all tools section will be limited in such cases unless you save a local copy of the document.

If this is not the scenario, please share a screen recording of what you see when trying to edit the file.

Also, you might want to repair the installation and check if that helps (Windows only). To do so, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation > Restart Acrobat.
