Question

Tools in Favoritenleiste

I work with the plug-in of the lawyer software RA-Micro. So I can save files from Adobe directly into the lawyer software. Unfortunately, after an update, saving is very complicated. How can I save this action as a favorite in the tool list?

Hi @Nicole Rinau

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind elaborating a bit more about what happens when you try to save the files? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

A small video recording of your workflow would be very helpful.

In the new UI use the Options () menu to customize the tools. In the Customize Quick Tools window, choose the tools you want to add and click Save as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/new-acrobat-experience.html and see if that works for you.

Regards

Hello Amal,

Thank you for trying to help. I probably expressed myself in a misleading way. I can still save the file via the plug-in. It's more about the handling. Before the update, I could save the document to my electronic file in the lawyer programme with one click.

By the way, it's about the Adobe app for a Windows PC.

Since the update, I have to go to the menu --> plug-ins --> for files --> "Save in RA-Micro e-file". I would like to have shortened the process so that I can save "Save in RA-Micro E-File" directly somewhere as a favourite tool and can carry out this action with one click.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Hi there

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the issue and the workflow you follow for a better understanding?
