Correct answer Karl Heinz Kremer

I cant update my software. Its controlled by our IT department. I have tried printing "Documents and Stamps". I have eliminated printing issues as I have said. Can you test on DC Pro to see if you are having the issue rather than guessing what it might be?

I just printed a document with the "Approved" stamp without any problems. This was using the latest version of Acrobat. The screenshot from Reader you've posted shows that it is up to date with yesterday's update. The Acrobat Pro screenshot shows that it's not yet updated. The first thing I would do is have IT update my version of Acrobat to see if that fixes the problem (your experience with Reader suggests that it will).

I am having the exact same problem.  Did you find a solution?  My Adobe  updates are current.

billf22804310,

Try printing with the Adobe PDF writer as your print driver to create a postscript file, then distill that before you add your stamps. If that doesn't work (which it doesn't always) then I have no other suggestions. Saving as a PDF right out of FrameMaker seems to be the issue. I have been fighting this for quite a while now, and Adobe was no help at all.

Hi Mike-d,

Looking at the screen it seems there are multiple stamps overlapping each other.

Can you try applying one stamp and try printing again? Also, do you have an image in your dynamic stamp? And is there any whitespace around it?

Also, let us know the current version of Acrobat/Reader you are using?
