Touch keyboard on fillable form

Howdy!

I'm creating a fillable form that people will be completing using a tablets.

While testing the form, I was having trouble getting the touch keyboard to pop up. I found that I needed to check the box for "show touch keyboard if device is in touch or tablet mode" in preferences.

Is there a way to use javascript to autocheck this box so that new users wouldn't have to?
