Hi! May I ask if the PDF is still can be trace in any web browser even you viewed it offline and not connected on the internet?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Are you asking that if someone opens the PDF in Acrobat/Reader DC you get a notification of it? If yes, The option for send and track the PDF is no more available.

However, if you share the the PDF for comments and reviews using document cloud or Adobe Acrobat DC you can track the review and comments made on the shared PDF file.
