Track Changes in Acrobat

Hello,

Is it possible to track changes made on a document from Adobe Reader / Pro/ Standard:

1.  Who has uploaded the document

2. Track edits changes made to document

3. Document to which changes has been made

4. User who has made the changes

How would you convince a customer to buy Acrobat if they want to give access to say, 50 Users and want to track which User has made what changes to which document - And I read somewhere in the community regarding the "Comment" tool option, I'm not sure how Comment tool can adress the above asks from the Customer.

Please advise.

PDF files do not retain this kind of information. When a comment is added it contains an author name and a creation and last modification date, but that's about it. Some of these things might be possible to find out if the file is uploaded to the cloud (such as who downloaded/uploaded it, and when), but it's not a part of Acrobat, or the PDF spec.
