tracker not updating response information after DISTRIBUTE fillable form in acrobat DC pro.

I used DISTRIBUTE to send out a fillable form... inside of Acrobat DC pro to distribute a test form to one of my emails.

I opened and downloaded the form when it arrived via email, filled in the fields, then clicked the submit form button top right of acrobat.

 

(I did not create my own submit form button when creating the form) The Submit button here was available inside the document when I opened the downloaded copy from my email recipient.

 

I filled in all the fields correctly as the receiver of the form.

 

Here is the TRACKER View, it reads not responded, and no responses were collected after filling in the form.

Ive attached the form to this post.

The Form is nothing to celebrate, just learning forms.

I believe the tracker functionality is broken at this point.. I tried it again, I was able to fill in a new form sent and its stored in the adobe cloud after signing
