Traffic Lights

I have created a traffic light (TL) system for my clients documentation (example attached).

Each time you click on the TL, it cycles through the colours until you get the colour you want to display.

My issue is that I need to duplicate this over 1000 times, and when i do, all of them change at the same time, since they all have the same duplicated name.

Is their a way to duplicate the group of TLs and have it automatically choose another name; 001, 002, 003, etc., rather than re-name the TLs each time?
