@Maurcio- 007 When you have a scanned PDF, it's essentially an image, not a text document. To make it editable, you'll need software that can perform OCR, Optical Character Recognition. Adobe Acrobat Pro is a primary tool for this. Once you open the scanned PDF in Acrobat Pro, it can automatically initiate OCR, allowing you to select and modify the text. BUT, the accuracy of OCR can vary depending on the scan's quality (the quality of the scan will give a better OCR results). After the OCR process, you can use the "Edit PDF" tool to make changes, such as correcting typos, adding or deleting text, and adjusting formatting.

Hello!

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response.

Adding to what our community product expert suggested, you can refer to this article to learn more about editing a scanned PDF using Acrobat: https://adobe.ly/42mU35B

When you open the PDF file and choose the Edit tool, Acrobat will automatically run text recognition (OCR).

Let us know if you need any assistance.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
