Translate PDF with AI and Cloud features disabled

Hi,

I have an Acrobat Studio license and have disabled AI features (bEnableGentech) and Cloud features (bToggleDocumentCloud) for Acrobat desktop to comply with company policy. The "Translate PDF" feature is no longer present.

Is there any way to translate a PDF locally, without using Cloud-based or AI-based features?
