Hello Rmeadows,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting a trial in Acrobat Pro DC which you have on your Adobe ID, Is that correct?

I have checked the records and found that there is a billing issue i.e. a payment was declined for the Acrobat Pro DC, and the reason was PayPal did not authorize  the payment for the subscription. And this is the reason you are getting the Trial error in Acrobat.

You may check the details on Adobe.com>Manage Account>Plans and Products.

You may also refer to Manage your Creative Cloud membership  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/manage-cc-individual-membership.html

You may also refer to the following KB doc if you wish to update the Billing information Change or update your credit card and billing information in your Adobe ID account Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html

If you want, you can contact the Adobe support as well for more details https://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

Anand Sri.
