Trim Mark Issue with custom pages

Hi,

I have created a custom document in MS Word and saved it as a PDF. Since this is going for print and is being printed on a custom size page, I used Adobe Acrobat Pro's crop page feature to change the size to A4 so when I insert the trim marks, it shows the correct measurements.

I just noticed that when using the crop page feature, every page in portrait orientation keeps the correct measurements. However, every landscape page is incorrect. I've also noticed that even when I rotate the problematic pages to portrait, the crop page feature does not show that the page has been changed to portrait but rather keeps it in landscape and centers the page on an A4 portrait page which is causing the incorrect measurements.

How can I make both the custom page and A4 page in the crop page feature be in portrait?
