trouble cancelling subcription

hi, i am trying to cancel my 2 free subcriptions iade through the website on my macbook , i went to mangae my account and the plans sections and went to free 'cancel free trial' and it went to load a page and it then says unabloe to load' and i still cannot load that page for days

 

i need help cancel the plans before it renew

Adobe Acrobat Pro, AI Assistant for Acrobat purchased on trial, and Acrobat Premium purchased via Apple iTunes.

 

As described, you wanted to cancel the 2 trial plans. 

 

For Acrobat Pro, please check the steps shared in the help page https://adobe.ly/3HZkpUF You may also click on the contact us button in the bottom right corner to get in touch with the billing team for assistance.

 

For AI Assistant, if its purchased via Apple/iTune, we do not have full access to manage this account, you need to contact Apple support team for cancellation and refund.

I have the same problem trying to cancel a free plan for Adobe Pro.

When i follow the steps suggested it says 'Unable to load Data' then 'An error occurred. Please try again.

I have tried many times both on Safari and Google Chrome browsers.

I have got the same problem, my problem is the following....

I tested your 15 day trial period and cancelled just after as the monthly instalment is too expensive,

 

I still keep getting messages that I owe November instalment,

 

I can’t contact you guys through the actual program, as when I go to “Manage my Account” I first need to pay ±R650.00, which I will not,

 

As previously mentioned I just wanted to check the trail period, and cancelled within a few days.

 

Please assist, I have never even used the free trial as I was in hospital, I just cancelled it, which obviously never went through, How do I get hold of anynody that can help please?

hi yes i did get into with a live agent and was able to cancel my subscription, thank you have a great day
