Trouble marking text in Adobe Acrobat DC

Hello, we have several clients that are having trouble with editing pdf:s since we upgraded to windows 10 on their computers. It seems the issue is with marking the text, when they try to highlight it doesn't go to the exact place where the mouse pointer is. It seems to be something with the spacing of the font. When we mark the text in a text box it seems to assume that the spacing is always 1.0 but in reality it's 1.20 or 0.96

It's the same on multiple computers and users and they didn't have the problem when the clients were windows 7..  I'm not sure if it's only some fonts or all fonts.
