Trouble printing from Adobe Acrobat

Hi all,

So I have a weird situation.
I am trying to print from adobe, but when I try to print I get the error:

Could not create PDF from:

/var/folders/wh/gz9d71nj37ncrv1_sfgpv5140000gp/T/PSaJl80A.tmp

Using Adobe PDF Settings: High Quality Print

see the log file for details.

First off I am not sure where the log file is.
When I print the same file on my partners macbook, to the same printer there is no issue.
So i guessing there is somehthing funky going on with my setup.

I tried uninstalling CC, and re-installing, but to no avail.
So any help in diagnosing this would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to print the PDF file?  A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Please check for any pending/missing updates for printer driver and firmware and try to remove the printer driver from your computer, reboot, and reinstall it from the manufacturers website and see if that works.

Please go through the help page: https://adobe.ly/4aRRkDJ and check

Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3xFqnVx and check

Let us know how it goes.

I am experiencing the exact same issue as Ulrich366215660pyy reported with only slightly different characters in the name of the tmp file. It occurs with every PDF file. If I open a PDF file with Acrobat Pro, it comes up on screen just fine and all in-app funcitons are normal. Go to print, using either file menu, print option, or clicking on the print icon in the top toolbar of the app results in the same problem. Error appears in a box stating "Cannot create PDF from: /var/folders/t9/0kdzsp7x5ldgjxmjEdT.tmp Using Adobe PDF settings: High Quaoity Print see the log files for details"  I have no idea where the log files are, or where the tmp files are on the computer. This also happens when viewing a PDF file through a brewser interface, like logging in to a bank account, selecting statements, and displaying a PDF of your account statement and trying to print it. It also happens if you download the PDF file instead of viewing it. It happens if you do a "save as" to a file location on the computer, then open that file and try to print. It happens after a reboot of the computer (MacBook Pro M4 running latest O/S Sequoia 15.2). It happens no matter if the latest printer driver is being used. Basically, it happens with every PDF file no matter what. This happens with all PDF files that have many times before printed just fine on the same computer. Error box looks like this:

Click on OK, and you gert this:

Go to help center, and there is nothing there that helps at all. Since I am not running resident Acrobat, (I am a subscriber), I have checked and verified that indeed, I am on the very latest version of Acrpobat that is available. Please help resolve this issue. It is a serious inconvenience to be unable to print any PDF file either I create, or that is created anywhere else.
