trouble requesting signatures

 When I use the request signature function, the filled text boxes from a previously saved PDF are no longer filled with the information and it shows "text" boxes for the recients to fill in.  In the previous Adobe edition, the boxes stayed filled with the information that I had put in and I could easily request signatures without erasing the information on the form.  At the bottom of the page it says unsupported fields have been removed?? Please help thank you

    I read in another post that I just needed to disable the new acrobat experience and IT WORKED :).  thank you

    This can be achieved through VIEW>disable acrobat.
